We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?
Your business is sincerely appreciated and we strive to meet or exceed your expectations. If we fail to do so for any reason, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date in order to qualify.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number the same day your order ships (within 2-3 business days of order date). You can visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number. Most carriers also offer the option to sign up for email or text notifications.
What are your delivery options?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Free delivery or pickup will be offered to local customers. (within 25 mile radius of Syracuse, NY)
